In our Last article we suggested few exercises that helps in cutting down extra pounds of belly fat. here in this article we are going to list out few standing workout for flat Abs that any one can do to get rid of belly fat and get good ABS.

Golden Rule:  Complete 3 to 4 sets of each exercise as instructed in image, Rest for 20 sec between sets and do add these exercises in your workout plan at-least twice a week.
